1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at venkateswarabookscorner.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it, operated by Venkateswara Books Corner ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4 Orders & Payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order confirmation email is sent when we receive your order, but this does not constitute our acceptance of it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, in cases such as:

• Product unavailability or pricing errors.
• Inability to verify payment or billing details.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-delivery charges may apply.

6 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:

• In its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Not a final-sale, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive item (as marked at the time of purchase).

To initiate a return, contact us at vbchosting@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund amount.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, audio clips, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
