Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We use trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Order value
  • Delivery location
  • Weight and dimensions of the package

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 500. For orders below Rs. 500, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Other Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Saturday evening, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using this tracking number on our shipping partner's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier and shipping companies to deliver your orders. Our shipping partners include:

  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • Other regional courier services

The shipping partner for your order will be determined based on your delivery location and product availability.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address with correct pin code. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges if you wish to have the order delivered again.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging your orders to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged product or if your shipment is lost:

  • Report damaged products within 48 hours of delivery with photographs
  • Report non-delivery of shipment within 10 days of expected delivery date

We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and arrange for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Order Packaging

We use quality packaging materials to ensure your books arrive in excellent condition. Books are wrapped in protective material and placed in sturdy boxes or bubble wrap envelopes. We are committed to sustainable packaging and use recyclable materials wherever possible.
