Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase. Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it enters our processing system immediately and cannot be cancelled.

We recommend double-checking your order details, delivery address, and product selection before completing the checkout process.

Refund Policy

We accept refunds under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product does not match the description on our website

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photographs showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Products that have been used or show signs of wear
• Products without original packaging
• Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. In case of damaged or defective products, return shipping costs will be borne by Venkateswara Books Corner. For other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
